One night Kev met up with his new friend Keith, who he had played basketball with a couple weeks before. Keith was excited to take him out and introduce him to some local Cantonese Flavors.
Keith took Kev to an open fish market/restaurant where they enjoyed some delicious local seafood. One thing we dug about the preparation was the of usage simple ingredients to enhance the super fresh seafood, which we thought was awesome especially since you literally pick the food you want to eat and they cook it right there on the spot.
One major parallel between the U.S. and Hong Kong is that it seems like everyone is always enjoying some type of cuisine. We think it’s their way of coming together after the standard 9-5 and enjoying one of life’s greatest pastimes: snacking!
